Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-10-04

Draft — under legal review. Not yet in effect.

This policy explains what information Trueline collects on this website, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@example.com.

What we collect

What you tell us. When you fill in our store brief, we keep your answers: your brand, what you sell, how you sell today, your numbers, and your email address.

What you send us for your project. If you become a client, the content you send us for your store: logo, photos, texts and policies.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We see the amount, the date, your name and email address, but never your full card or bank account number.

How you use the site. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, to keep the site running and secure.

Where you came from. If you arrive from one of our ads, we keep the name of that ad with your brief for 30 days, in a cookie, to know which ads bring briefs.

Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to visits, briefs and deposits. It uses cookies and similar technologies, and Meta processes this information under its own policies.

Why we use it

  • To answer your brief and tell you whether we're a fit.
  • To build and run your store, if you become a client.
  • To send you emails about your brief and your project.
  • To measure and improve our ads and this website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • Neon — the database that stores your brief.
  • Stripe — payments.
  • Resend — emails about your brief and project.
  • [TO SET: content form provider] — the files you send for your store.
  • Meta — advertising measurement.

How long we keep it

Briefs that don't lead to a project are deleted after twelve (12) months. Project and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for business and tax records.

Your choices

  • Ask us to see, correct or delete your information: write to hello@example.com. We answer within thirty (30) days.
  • Limit ad tracking from your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and from your browser or device settings.

Security

Access to your information is limited to what is needed to run our service, and protected with two-factor authentication.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children.
