Do I ever need to get on a call?
No. Your brief, payments, content, reviews and training all happen online. Questions are answered in writing within one business day.
What do I get for $79 a month?
Hosting, security and software updates, a weekly check of your store, two changes a month, written support, and a short monthly report with your orders and revenue.
Will this bring me more sales?
We can’t promise sales — they depend on your product, your prices and your audience. We promise a store that works: fewer lost orders, payments that don’t need chasing, receipts and sales tax handled.
What do I need to send you?
Your logo, product photos (square is best), product texts and prices, and your shipping and return policies. Our content form walks you through it.
Can you run my Instagram or my ads?
No. We build and run your store.
What happens if I stop the Care plan?
We hand over your store — code and hosting — within two weeks.
